By using the services offered by GLIMMER TRAVEL AND TOURISM, you signify your acceptance to our disclaimer policy.

There are 3 parties involved here:-       

• GLIMMER TRAVEL AND TOURISM – is the host party who owns the webpage glimmertourism.com.
• Client – that is “You”, are the individuals seeking medical access in India.
• Medical service providers – individual medical practitioners, hospitals, clinics, Ayurvedic Health providers who provides medical services.

 The scope and obligations of disclaimer policy are:-

1. GLIMMER TRAVEL AND TOURISM is a Medical travel facilitator registered in Kerala, India. All information provided in our webpage are provided exclusively for the purpose as a guide.   These guides are shared based on the client’s background or his/her medical history provided by the client and as per the advice provided by a professional medical practitioners from hospital / medical clinic or by the professionals in the field of medicine and is not solely from GLIMMER TRAVEL AND TOURISM.
2. GLIMMER TRAVEL AND TOURISM publishes and maintains the webpage of glimmertourism.com. This disclaimer Policy is applicable to the webpages of www.glimmertourism.com. This disclaimer policy does not apply to the websites of our business partners, corporate associates or to any other third parties, even if their websites are linked to this site.
3. GLIMMER TRAVEL AND TOURISM shall not be held liable in case of any violations or furnishing of wrongful or unauthorized information by the client. By browsing, visiting, accessing or using the services on this webpage, the client and / or the medical service providers clearly agrees to our disclaimer Policy laid out herein. The client also agrees that the information furnished by them are lawful, true and does not violate or trespass any laws.
4. GLIMMER TRAVEL AND TOURISM is solely considered as an online or offline market space which links two parties, they are – individuals seeking medical access, on one side, and medical service providers such as individual medical practitioners, hospitals, clinics, Ayurvedic Health providers who provides medical services, on the other side.
5. GLIMMER TRAVEL AND TOURISM on its part gathers all information from various healthcare / medical service providers about the services and essential amenities they offer. These information are passed on to the clients in order to help them decide on their preferred medical service providers by carrying out their own research into such providers.    As soon as the client decides to proceed with a medical service provider, our role limits in facilitating contact between the client and the medical service provider by passing on client’s information to the medical service provider.
6. GLIMMER TRAVEL AND TOURISM, being merely a facilitator, neither provides any warranty on the accuracy of any information on this webpage, nor accepts any liability for any errors or omissions on this webpage. Hence, GLIMMER TRAVEL AND TOURISM cannot be held accountable for any resulting loss or damage.
7. GLIMMER TRAVEL AND TOURISM is not a medical professional, hence, does not provide advises on our own on any medical treatment.
8. GLIMMER TRAVEL AND TOURISM is not an agent of any medical service provider. However, our webpage contains links to other websites.  Please note that when you click on any of these links, you are entering another website for which GLIMMER TRAVEL AND TOURISM has no responsibility and these third party sites have separate and independent privacy policies which you will have to familiarize yourselves with.    We encourage you to read the privacy statements of all such sites as their policies may be materially different from our Disclaimer Policy.
9. GLIMMER TRAVEL AND TOURISM assists in sharing of awareness of the medical service providers through various media including this website.
10. GLIMMER TRAVEL AND TOURISM neither have any warranty to the information provided by the service providers, nor endorse its authenticity. The accuracy or legitimacy of all such information rests with the medical service providers.
11. GLIMMER TRAVEL AND TOURISM facilitates in arranging for a quotation from the medical service provider of your choice. The charges that imply for the medical services that is opted by the client, will be paid by the client directly to the medical service provider.
12. GLIMMER TRAVEL AND TOURISM being merely a facilitator, have no obligation on the contents or accuracy of the materials provided by the medical service providers.
13. GLIMMER TRAVEL AND TOURISM shall not be liable for:i. Death of patient / client despite proper treatment.ii. Improper response to treatment by the client / patient, which would involve sending him/her back to their homeland.

    iii. Any complication that may arise during treatment resulting in death, permanent / temporary disablement of the client / patient for which proper care was taken by the Medical service providers in the normal course.

    iv. Any act or omission, which is beyond the scope of this agreement.

14. GLIMMER TRAVEL AND TOURISM reserves the right to edit, delete, revise the contents of this webpage.
15. GLIMMER TRAVEL AND TOURISM apart from being medical travel facilitator, also facilitates travel, stay, at the request of the client.
16. GLIMMER TRAVEL AND TOURISM takes utmost care in following the agreed pre-planned schedule. If any changes occur on a later date, the additional charges / expenses will be borne by the client.
17. GLIMMER TRAVEL AND TOURISM on its own ensures that refund of unused / unutilized services which are paid for and cancelled in advance, shall be worked out on the basis of cancellation policy sent to the client with the itinerary and the money would be accordingly refunded to the account of the person who has made the payment to us. We ensure that the refund process is carried out at the quickest possible time.
18. GLIMMER TRAVEL AND TOURISM cannot be held responsible for any changes in the rates quoted by hotel / lodging and car rentals, GLIMMER TRAVEL AND TOURISM reserves the right to change the rates quoted according to the alterations by hotels / lodging or car rentals without any prior notice. All hotel / lodging bookings are based on usual check in and checkout time of the hotels / lodging until unless indicated in the itinerary.
19. GLIMMER TRAVEL AND TOURISM provides itineraries which are considered as sample itineraries intended to give the client a general awareness of the expected trip schedule. Various factors may dictate itinerary changes such as weather, road conditions, the physical ability of the participants etc., either before the tour or during the tour. GLIMMER TRAVEL AND TOURISM reserves the right to change any itineraries in the interest of the trip participant’s safety, security, comfort, general well-being and convenience.
20. GLIMMER TRAVEL AND TOURISM on its own do not provide any insurance policy covering the expenses for accident, sickness, loss due to theft / fire / flood, natural calamities or any other reasons. Visitors are advised to obtain such insurance arrangements from their homeland before commencing the travel. Client has to look after all their baggage’s & personal belongs at all times.
21. GLIMMER TRAVEL AND TOURISM shall not be held responsible for any loss, injury or damage to person or property / belonging in connection with any accommodation, transportation or other services, resulting directly / indirectly from any natural calamity, fire, accident, breakdown in machinery / equipment, disruption due to transport, wars, civil disturbances, strikes, riots, thefts, epidemics, medical or custom department regulations, defaults, or any other causes beyond our control.
22. GLIMMER TRAVEL AND TOURISM or its directors, subsidiaries, or other partners and employees shall not be held responsible for any loss, liability, claim, attorney fees arising out of your use of service in violation to this agreement or any breach of your representation and warranties set forth above.
23. Both parties – GLIMMER TRAVEL AND TOURISM and the client – shall abide by the terms listed herein and all disputes arising therein shall be governed by laws of India.
24. Both parties – the medical service provider and the client – shall abide by the terms listed in the consent forms of the respective medical service provider to be signed at the time of admission and all disputes arising therein shall be governed by laws of India.
